• Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the cancellation date, after deducting a 5% processing fee.
• Bookings made via third-party platforms (MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.) are subject to their respective cancellation and refund policies.

Future Stay Vouchers allow you to rebook your stay at a later date if your booking is cancelled or modified.

You may reschedule your booking subject to availability and prior notice.

Some bookings are non-refundable as per the booking type selected.

Meal plans included in your booking are non-transferable and non-refundable.
