By using holidayconnectme.com and booking a stay with Holiday Connect Me (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all current apartments and villas, as well as any future units added to our portfolio.

  • Nature of Service

Holiday Connect Me operates as a short-term holiday home rental provider in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We provide furnished:

  • Apartments
  • Villas

We do not provide:

  • Airline bookings
  • Travel packages
  • Tour arrangements
  • Visa services
  • Transportation services (except where expressly stated under promotional benefits)

Our services are strictly limited to holiday home accommodation.

  • Booking & Payment

Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once:

  • The required deposit or full payment is received, and
  • A confirmation email is issued.

Until confirmation is sent, the booking is not guaranteed.

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Major credit/debit cards
  • Bank transfers

All prices are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) unless otherwise stated.

  • Tourism Dirham Fee

In accordance with regulations of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), formerly known under the Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) framework:

  • A Tourism Dirham Fee is charged per bedroom, per night.
  • This fee is mandatory under Dubai law.
  • The applicable amount will be clearly outlined in your booking summary.
  • The Tourism Dirham is separate from the rental amount.
  • Complimentary Airport Pick-Up & Drop-Off (Eligibility-Based)

Holiday Connect Me may offer complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off services to eligible guests, subject to the specific promotion, booking category, or length of stay.

Eligibility

Complimentary airport transfer is:

  • Offered only to guests who qualify under a specific promotional offer, package, or minimum stay requirement.
  • Subject of confirmation at the time of booking.
  • Not automatically included with every reservation unless explicitly stated in writing.

Holiday Connect Me reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

Flight Details Requirement

To arrange complimentary airport transfer:

  • Guests must provide complete flight details (Airline, Flight Number, Arrival/Departure Time, Terminal) at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival or departure.
  • Failure to provide flight details within this timeframe may result in cancellation of the complimentary transfer without compensation.
  • Last-minute changes may be subject to availability.

Service Limitations

  • The complimentary transfer includes one pick-up and one drop-off per booking, unless otherwise stated.
  • The service applies only within Dubai International Airport (DXB) or other agreed Dubai airports.
  • Waiting time beyond a reasonable period due to guest delay may incur additional charges.
  • The transfer service does not include additional stops unless pre-approved.
  • Holiday Connect Me shall not be held liable for delays caused by flight rescheduling, immigration delays, traffic conditions, or force majeure circumstances.
  • Check-In & Legal Requirements

Identification Requirement

As required by UAE law:

  • All guests (including children) must provide a clear copy of their Passport or Emirates ID prior to or upon arrival.
  • Guest information will be registered with Dubai authorities as mandated for holiday home operators.

Failure to provide required identification will result in denied check-in without refund.

Check-In / Check-Out Timing

  • Standard Check-In: 3:00 PM
  • Standard Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Occupancy & Guest Conduct

Occupancy Limits

  • The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity stated for the apartment or villa.
  • Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

Strict No-Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the units.
  • Evidence of smoking will result in a deep-cleaning fee and applicable penalties.

No Parties / No Events

  • Our properties are located within residential communities.
  • Large gatherings, parties, loud music, or events are strictly prohibited.

Compliance with UAE Laws

Guests must respect:

  • UAE federal laws
  • Dubai regulations
  • Community rules
  • Cultural values

Any illegal behavior will result in immediate eviction without refund and may be reported to authorities.

  • Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required to cover:

  • Property damage
  • Loss of keys
  • Excessive cleaning
  • Rule violations

The deposit will be returned within 7–14 days after check-out, subject to inspection and confirmation that the unit is left in good condition.

  • Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation terms vary depending on the rate selected at the time of booking.

Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation details.

No-Show Policy

In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be forfeited.

  • Limitation of Liability

Holiday Connect Me shall not be held responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
  • Personal injury during the stay
  • Utility interruptions beyond our control
  • Force majeure events including government restrictions or emergencies

Guests are strongly encouraged to maintain valid travel insurance.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the rental amount paid.

  • Data & Privacy Compliance

Guest data is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Personal information may be shared only with:

  • Dubai authorities for mandatory guest registration
  • Secure third-party providers for payment processing and website hosting

We do not sell or rent personal data.

  • Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by:

  • The laws of the Emirate of Dubai
  • The federal laws of the United Arab Emirates

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

  • Amendments

holidayconnectme.com, operating under the company name H Connect Holiday Homes L.L.C, reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time to ensure compliance with UAE regulations and operational requirements.

Updated terms become effective immediately upon publication on holidayconnectme.com.
